Recommendation: Go beyond the large resorts in Mexico
Mexico is a beautiful country know for large, all inclusive beach resorts. I've stay at resorts in Cancun, Cabo, and Puerto Vallarta, but my most unique experiences in Mexico came staying outside resorts.
For Surfing -
Near Cabo - Cerritos Surf town and Beach Hotel
Things to do near Los Cerritos:
- Go to the cute nearby town called Todos Santos
- Hike near Todos Santos: Sugar Port Trail
- For wind sports: Go to La Ventana Beach
- Two-hour drive from Cerritos, you'll find a beautiful hike with waterfalls and oasis, called: Ecologico Sol de Mayo
- Eat dinner at Flora Farms (Reservation needed)
